Cannot get the right help to change/replace my password... keeps sending me through the same unsuitable instructions. I need real help -- of course I have all my personal info, but they don't ask that. I've never done any of the screen options, so I don't know if they work or not, so I guessed. I'm not fluent in cellphone-ian.

Not a fan of this app, it doesn't really have much features it's just a basic app. They tried to have all the options other Banks do but the execution is lacking. Other than that it's a standard app. That freezes on login sometimes and tells you it's down for maintenance fairly often

I was having trouble logging in. I didn't remember getting a message that the website was down for maintenance. They are pretty good protecting your money
