staff is always professional, polite and seem to enjoy being there! Bagels are the BEST!

Would have love to have used it for my first time ever ordering jeffs bagel run but it gave me recaptcha errors and then told me me phone was blocked "due to unusual activity".

The App is straight forward and is a time saver as I usually order between 6-9 sides of various cream cheeses. The only thing I would change is to have the Limited Time items available to order via the app instead of only in-store (ie, pimento cheese spread, Irish Soda Bagel, Blueberry-Lemon bagel, etc). I have not found any of these examples showing up in the App when ordering...even when ordering for pickup the following day. Also, Lox Box doesn't allow you to specify bagel flavor via App.XO
