About this app

Jegnus is the driver app for UK delivery and logistics agencies. If the agency you drive for runs on Jegnus, this is where you apply, get verified, pick up your shifts and keep track of what you're owed — all from your phone.

AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED
Jegnus is provided through your agency. You will need an invite code or an account from the delivery service partner (DSP) you work with. This is not a job board and it does not offer work directly.

ONBOARD ONCE, PROPERLY
• A guided, step-by-step application instead of a folder of emails
• Add your personal details and take your onboarding selfie
• Upload your driving licence, right-to-work evidence and proof of address
• Read and sign your contract electronically

STAY COMPLIANT WITHOUT BEING CHASED
• DVLA licence and right-to-work checks run as part of onboarding
• Document expiry is tracked, with reminders before anything lapses
• Complete the training your agency assigns and keep your certificates in one place

YOUR SHIFTS
• See the shifts you have been assigned and what is coming up
• Set the days and times you are available to work
• Run your pre-shift vehicle walk-around check and report a defect with a photo

EARNINGS AND INVOICES
• Track your earnings, invoices and payslips in one place
• Payments are made by your agency through a regulated payment provider — Jegnus never holds your money

Jegnus is a technology provider, not your employer. Your engagement, your rates and the work you are offered are agreed between you and your agency.

• Your invoice and a payment summary for every pay week, as PDFs — open a payslip and tap View documents.
• Bank details now record the name of your bank.
• Sharper document photos: the licence is captured in-app with focus control, and a blurry shot is refused so you can retake it.
• Clearer "Use my location" and "Use the address above" buttons on the personal-details form.
