JellyWatch Player turns your Jellyfin or Emby server into a real home cinema on Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV — and a polished streaming app on your Android phone and tablet.

JELLYFIN AND EMBY — ONE APP FOR EVERY SCREEN

Connect to a Jellyfin or Emby server. The server type is detected automatically — just sign in as usual. Emby accounts get full access to libraries, Continue Watching, Live TV and recording timers. Jellyfin-exclusive features (Skip Intro, Trickplay, SyncPlay, remote subtitles, theme songs) are gracefully hidden on Emby.

KIDS PROFILE

Create a dedicated Kids profile with a colorful home screen, poster cards, hero banner and Fredoka rounded font. Choose from three color themes. A parental PIN locks all exits from Kids mode. Content filtering is handled by your Jellyfin server user policy.

LINKED PROFILES — MULTIPLE SERVERS, ONE HOME SCREEN

Link accounts from different Jellyfin servers. Continue Watching, Next Up and Recently Added merge into one unified home screen. Each profile keeps its own watch history and preferences.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work right compared to regular jf app. Cannot fast forward rewind etc or change audio tracks without freezing. Device tried was an android TV. Vanilla jf app works fine so I don't suspect an issue with the device capability.

all good, but only subtitles look awful with no customizations available e.g. background color, font size etc

Just downloaded, but there is only sign in feature and no "open an account".
