It is a dedicated unit price calculator that compares up to ten options at once, highlights the winner automatically, and tells you exactly how much you save per unit — and in total — by choosing the best deal over the worst. No mental arithmetic. No spreadsheet. No guessing.

HOW IT WORKS

Enter a price and a quantity for each option. That is it. The app calculates the price per unit for every option simultaneously, ranks them from cheapest to most expensive, and stamps the winner with a clear green badge.

Every result updates the instant you change any number. Adjust a price, change a quantity, add a new option — the ranking recalculates in real time.

COMPARE UP TO TEN OPTIONS AT ONCE

Most price comparison tools only handle two items. Best Value lets you line up as many as ten options side by side — because real purchasing decisions rarely come down to just two choices.

Each option gets a name, a colour, and a card of its own. The winner card glows green. Every other card shows its rank and exactly how much more expensive it is than the best option, as a percentage premium.

THE SUMMARY THAT SAVES YOU MONEY

Below your options, a pinned summary panel shows everything that matters:

Comparing a 900 g bag against a 1.5 kg tub? Enable Mixed Units mode and assign a different unit to each option. The app converts everything to a common base before comparing — so the answer is always fair and accurate, even when the sellers are using different unit sizes to make comparison harder.

VISUAL COMPARISON

Switch to the bar chart view to see all options as a horizontal bar chart — each bar in its option's colour, sized by price per unit, sorted from best to worst. The winner bar is outlined in green. The gap between bars makes the price difference immediately visible without reading any numbers.

SAVE AND REVISIT COMPARISONS

Every comparison session can be saved with a name and reloaded later. Building a comparison for proxy plans, storage tiers, raw materials, or print runs? Save it, come back when new pricing is available, and update a single number to see if the ranking changes.
