About this game
Calvera is a number puzzle built on one deceptively simple idea: draw a
straight line through several numbers, and make them equal the target.
Horizontal, vertical, diagonal — any direction works, but the line must never
bend. Several operators to choose from. Find the line, clear the target, move on to the next.
That is the whole rule set. Everything after that is you getting better.
FIND THE LINE
Every board is a grid of numbers and a target to hit. Somewhere in there is a
combination that works — often more than one. The difficulty is never in the
arithmetic. It is in seeing the line that was in front of you the whole time.
MODES
• CLASSIC — the core game. Clear targets, chase your best score.
• BEGINNER — addition and subtraction only, numbers 0-9. A gentler entry
point, not a lesser one.
• DAILY CHALLENGE — one fresh board every day. Everyone gets the same puzzle.
More modes are in development, including timed sprints and a gravity-driven
cascade board.
BUILT TO GET HARDER
Four difficulty tiers, from Easy to Extreme. Longer chains unlock as you clear
matches, so the puzzles grow with you rather than dropping you in the deep end.
Hearts and hints give you room to think without removing the pressure.
EARN AS YOU PLAY
Every solve earns experience. Level unlocks colour themes and cosmetics. Track your record in full match history and statistics, and chase achievements for the runs you are proud of.
PLAY ANYWHERE
Calvera runs entirely offline. No connection required, no account needed to
play. Sign in with Google Play if you want cosmetics, achievements, and the
daily leaderboard — or skip it and keep playing.
