Here, inquiries are reported on various topics: a full trash can, a flashlight out, cleaning a public garden, weeding, a stray dog, sweeping, removing a carcass, a fallen sign, removing clippings, a hole in the road, and any topic you want.
You will be able to view the history of your reports and receive real-time updates on the status of handling reports.

How do you report?
Choose a category, choose a location (automatically or manually), take a picture and send.

The municipal hotline of the Jerusalem municipality works 24/7 and is an address for inquiries from the city's residents, business owners and those coming through its gates at any time.

The application is supported in Hebrew and Arabic languages.

Ratings and reviews

Not the greatest app. After trying to find what I needed on the city's website and trying to use the identification feature on the website, tried using this app. Let's hope something gets done. It is unfortunate that the identification feature in the app is only sms and not email or phone call. I have very poor reception if any for sms. App leaves much to be desired.

regression - stopped working (asks for details when starting and gets stuck when clicking on submit, without any error message)

It is a wonderful app, accessible and aesthetic. The categories are ,mostly, clear. The only thing that bothered me that I was not able to send more than one photo. In my opinion, the option should be for 3 photos. Thank you.
