JesHome enables efficient image transmission by connecting wireless otoscopes. A good observation of the situation in the ear canal allows us to better clean the ears. The software realizes the functions of taking pictures, videos, playback, etc.

Latest update made this app and my device incompatible. The device connects to my wifi, but the app won't connect to the device, keeps telling me that nothing is connected, but it absolutely is. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and I have turned the device off and back on twice. No online solutions have been found. The recent update has completely ruined the device I paid $$$ for and honestly I shouldn't have to wait MONTHS for the developers to acknowledge the issue and fix it.

I don't know if it's the ear pick or the app, but the experience has been terrible. Even with my cell data turned off, the wifi constantly disconnects. I don't know if it's the ear pick turning off, or if the pick is turning off because the app quits. Either way, the product is basically useless.

Does not work on Pixel 7. Connect to the device via Wifi but it will not see it in the app Have the same app on my iPad and it works just fine on there. If I didn't have a different device to use this thing would be useless and i would have to return it. Would love to be able to use it on my phone, but it flat out did not work at all.
