It works but has glitches...for instance.. you used to be able to put in the route number (using this app)and it tell you what time the next few buses are coming...it doesn't do that anymore... however you can hit "stops near me" button and a bunch of red dots come up on a map with a blue 🔵 showing your location to the next few stops.....this feature is a good replacement..but they should take the other option off the main screen when using the app...just saying if it's not an option no more...

I use this app more often than the website. It's very helpful and reliabe for the most part. The only problem I have is that if the schedule is out of the ordinary or if a bus is off schedule, the times don't update on the app. The day after Christmas is never a holiday so I didn't check the website and went by the scheduled stop times on the app which was wrong because the bus is operating a Sunday schedule on a Monday. Maybe there is a way to fix that?

Some busses don't Track on the app. Also sometimes the tracker isn't very accurate. I was trying to catch the E3 on Jefferson highway and it told me the bus was in the middle of the Mississippi River so there was no way of me actually tracking where the bus was and I almost missed it. Other than that it's pretty useful if you're the type of person that doesn't like waiting at the bus stop for an hour is very useful.
