About this app

The Jet Delivery app connects customers, partners, and drivers in one platform. Customers can track shipments in real time and view accurate arrival estimates. Tracking links can be shared with others to follow delivery progress.

For drivers, the app offers tools to receive and manage jobs, update job statuses, upload documents, and use intelligent route planning. When drivers mark themselves as available, location data is securely transmitted to Jet Delivery so our Location Enabled Asset Finder (LEAF) can automatically dispatch jobs as they arise.

Both individuals and organizations are welcome to join the Jet Delivery network.

What’s new

This update adds support for missed offers, allowing you to view recently missed jobs for a short period of time and see why they’re no longer available. It also improves bill of lading reminders—if a delivery requires one, you’ll now be prompted not only when accepting the job, but again before completing the pickup to help ensure nothing is missed.
