JET Driver is a dedicated app for JET Transportasi driver-partners, allowing them to receive and execute orders, manage work activities, and monitor earnings all within one app.

With JET Driver, driver-partners can:

• Be online and offline according to work hours
• View available orders in the surrounding area
• Receive and execute orders based on vehicle type and service
• Use maps and navigation to reach pick-up and drop-off points
• View details of pick-up and drop-off locations
• Monitor trip and order status
• Access pending orders and order history
• View details of completed and canceled orders
• Communicate with customers via chat and voice calls
• Manage driver profiles and vehicle information
• View balances, earnings, transactions, and financial history
• Request balance withdrawals according to applicable regulations
• Access the help center and safety features
• View information on operational areas and available service activities

JET Driver uses device location to help determine the driver's position, display relevant orders, support navigation, and assist with travel while the driver is active.

The availability of orders, services, operational areas, rates, incentives, and certain features may vary depending on location, vehicle type, Driver status, and JET Transportasi service configuration.

This application is intended for JET Transportasi Driver partners who already have an account and meet the applicable operational requirements.
