Its takes more than 30mins for your order to get accepted then another 30mins for delivery, been using jex since the start of pandemic, its good at first but slowly becoming worse and worse, time to switch to foodpanda. Update: tried to use it again after a year, nothing change, you still have to wait more than 30minutes before your order get to accepted, then another 30mins for delivery. Another thing, live support is very unresponsive and getting a refund is so complicated.

Personally, this delivery app is better for me compared to other delivery apps out there because they're the only delivery so far that can deliver to our area. Plus, they have a very responsive and approachable delivery riders. I haven't experienced any kind of problem so far. Nice app.

Hey, please improve your location services. The exact location I need to send my parcel isn't existing or isn't accurate. Hence, the distance and delivery fee is often inaccurate. The messaging part of the app is also buggy.
