App doesn't work. Photos won't upload completely 97% and error message says, "no connection" "oops something happened, we are working on it" and freezes.

It helped find a difficult shell for the first three I tried, but then it got the rest totally wrong and I had to ID the shells in my pricy huge books more slowly.
