Great product and great app, all people should buy a tracker for their dogs, no one can lose a dog then. People pay thousands for dogs but won't spend the money for a tracker,

Very hard to set up. Tracker doesn't respond to set up commands. Try using SOS live listen and it goes to message bank - tracker doesn't call back. Tried registering an account and didn't receive verification code

appalling app. update has cleared user data and the IMEI has rubbed off the device and is not on the package as would be a phone, hence device is now useless. £80 down the drain.
