You can keep track of it all through the Jills Office App. Our app allows you to be connected to your Jills, and will boost your effectiveness in helping both new and longtime customers.

Real Time Call Notes and Action Item Messages
Let us answer your calls while you are doing business. Each of your calls will be personally answered by one of our friendly receptionists and you will be instantly notified of the call’s message through our mobile app. If you'd like us to call someone back, let us know through our mobile app which customer and message you have for them, and we will make the call for you!

Full Contact List
Check your contact list containing detailed contact information, lead info, and any action items associated with a particular contact with simple, organized viewing.

Call Logs
View a full, organized list of all your calls including call timestamps, durations, and billable times. Also check your minutes usage quickly and easily with our live minutes reporting so you know where you're at, at all times!

Outbound Campaign Requests
Send us a request with any outbound calls you'd like us to make. We can do everything from estimate follow ups to reminder calls to satisfaction surveys and more.

Live Billing Dashboard
Curious to view your previous invoices, minutes usage, and current minutes package? You can now do all of that in the billing portion of our app. This new feature allows you the ability to keep track of your Jill's Office services in one place.

Call Instruction Viewing
If you ever want to know what information your Jills have to give to your customers? You can check your call instructions in the app and if any adjustments are needed, you can send us a message and we'll get those instructions updated so your customers are receiving the most up to date information.

Push Notifications
Now you'll get live notifications for each message we send so you'll be up to date with all your customer's needs.

Ratings and reviews

Workable app, could be better. 1 Important items (action items, voice mail) should generate notifications AND the display should automatically refresh when I go back into the app. 2 "Dashboard" should be more than just action buttons - put notifications & voicemails at the top level. 3 Call someone, logs, outbound campaigns can be smaller buttons. 4 Remove "watch master classes" from the dashboard; link is broken anyway. 5 Account manager info is not live (can't click to call/email).

Nice earning app

I'm an insurance agency owner and I have clients all over Wyoming and Utah. Not having to pay someone hourly but still getting my calls answered by trained professionals has been a dream! I was uncertain about it at first but then I realized if I answer, I don't owe them. If I cant, I'm covered. Plus, I love that my clients will ALWAYS have their call answered. Just all around a good product and system.
