Zero customer service. I paid for a full year and after 2 weeks it says my subscription is expired and wants me to renew, even though it shows the correct date of expiration of November 2026!

Not accurate, does not update properly. Shows low battery even after changing the battery

worked great until trial period was up then they limit tracking in order for you to purchase a subscription. I wish I would of know before hand I wouldn't have bought them. save your money and don't buy these
