customer service is great. and app use to be useable. it was so much better when i first bought this product. now we are going on 4 to 5 months where the app doesnt work or do what it states it does. and still upset you won't put back the audio record playback feature back on the app. it helps so much with noise canceling and ability to hear clearly because because reception is better not picking up other radio cell frequencies.

works great when open, but when not open alerts are not timely whatsoever. they will come in a flurry several minutes up to an hour after a flagged event occurs. i also am unable to disable certain events from sending notifications. ironically, these events are more timely. overall a good product just needs a bit of work. update.. alerts are even slower to come through if at all.

The device seems pretty good and the app looks to be useful but the customer service hasn't been very good. No answers to queries and it's been 24 hours. I will return to Amazon for refund if I don't get some answers. While the engine on alert gives me a notification nothing else does not even going outside the geofence. My previous tracker had a monthly subscription but I guess this is the price we pay for actually having something that works
