I bought the app with 10 years of subscription. Since installed the dash cam it is offline all time even if there is an active SIM card in it. I am disappointed by the lack of support during the installation process. Once you have it you should be able to have technical support to assist you on the complicated settings to make it work. Every tutorial advertise a so easy process.

Most of the features work well, once it is finally setup. Also, alert names are not easily understood by new users, and there is no quick way inside the app to find out. Example, you get a certain alert, but there's no detailed description ANYWHERE online or within the app. This is an app feature request.
