What time does the sun rise and set today?

Sunrise Sunset Times shows the sunrise and sunset for your current location or
any city you choose, together with the golden hour and blue hour that
photographers plan around, and the full twilight schedule. Every time is
computed on your device with an astronomical algorithm, so the app keeps
working with no internet connection at all.

Solar times are calculated on your device rather than fetched from a server,
so the app works in airplane mode, deep in the mountains, and abroad without
roaming.

to any server.

The app follows your system language and can also be switched manually.

Permissions

· Location — used to calculate solar times for where you are. Location data is
processed only on your device and is never transmitted. If you prefer not to
grant it, you can pick a city manually and still use every feature.
· Photos — the diary uses the Android system photo picker, so the app can only
read the photos you pick. It never requests full storage access.


Please note

Sunrise and sunset times are calculated values. Atmospheric refraction, local
terrain, elevation and weather can shift the observed time by a few minutes, so
please do not rely on this app as the only source for navigation, aviation or
other safety-critical decisions.
