Pathetic app. Always crashing while switching to full screen, and the solution provided is even funnier, they asked to restart the mobile. Switching to higher resolution also made the app stuck and resulted in the same error. Not expected from Jio after the Disney deal. Must have to work on the app quality and performance. Disney Hotstar app is too much better.

The app has one functionality to show. But it can't even do that properly. Seems the app is designed keeping portrait mode in mind. The moment one rotates to landscape or full screen mode, the brightness dips to a level one has to squint to actually see and the best part is the phones don't even allow user to manually increase the brightness. The reasoning for this is absolutely bonkers.
