SkyGreen is the mobile companion for teams executing civil works on the WINDS (Weather Information Network and Data Systems) SkyGreen programme — built for Project Engineers, Project Managers, Cluster Project Managers, and vendor field teams deploying ARG and AWS weather stations across India.
Track every site through its complete civil lifecycle, right from your phone: survey, Ready for Mobilization (RFM) confirmation, civil progress updates, completion sign-off, HOTO (hand-over take-over), and Work Completion Certificate (WCC) issuance.

Confirm RFM readiness with GPS-tagged location capture and a guided checklist
Log civil progress with geo-tagged photo evidence and stage-wise completion tracking
Submit the Civil Completion Form with a structured checklist and digital vendor sign-off
Complete the PE HOTO form and route sites for QA/QC review and WCC issuance

CLOSED TESTING This build is distributed to a closed group of testers as part of ongoing development. Features, screens, and workflows may change based on tester feedback before general rollout. Please use the in-app feedback option or your program coordinator to report issues.
