About this app

Jipgyeol Business is an app for home repair and lifestyle repair business operators.

Once you define the areas you can dispatch and the tasks you can perform, you will only see requests from customers that match your criteria. You send a quote, and once the customer approves, the work begins.

■ How to Use

1. Set Area and Task
Select the cities, counties, and districts where you can be dispatched and the tasks you can perform. You will only see requests up to the limits you have set.

2. Confirm Request and Submit Quote
Send the quote including the price, available visit date, scope of work (inclusions/exclusions), potential additional costs, and warranty conditions.

3. Work in Progress
Proceed in the order of Visit Confirmation → Start Work → Completion Request. Take before and after photos of the work.

4. Settlement
Settlement is processed once the customer confirms completion. You can download revenue and tax return data from the app.

To celebrate the launch, we are holding a platform brokerage commission event. The application period and conditions are announced in the app. · Only Necessary Areas

Proxies are not automatically displayed just because they are close; even if they are far away, they will be visible if you configure the settings. The criterion is your settings, not distance.

· Collaborate with Multiple Business Operators

For tasks that are difficult to handle alone, you can form collaboration packages with other business operators to define roles and responsibilities and propose them together.

· Member Management

You can invite members to your company to share permissions and assign tasks.

· Sales & Tax Data

Download periodic sales, settlement details, and data for tax accountant submission as a CSV file.

■ Important Notes

Jipgyeol is an intermediary platform. The customer's detailed address and contact information are transmitted only after a transaction is established and cannot be used for purposes other than the transaction itself. Inducing transactions outside the app may result in usage restrictions, such as limited exposure or suspended settlements.

For work requiring qualifications, such as electricity, gas, or firefighting, the business operator must personally verify and commit to the requirements; Jipgyeol does not guarantee the validity of such qualifications, licenses, or permits.
