About this app

JipJip is a VPN for people in Myanmar who cannot reach the open internet.

One tap connects you. Your device's traffic travels through an encrypted tunnel to a server we operate, and reaches the internet from there.

FREE TO DOWNLOAD
The app is free and sells nothing inside it. A free account includes 5 GB every 30 days — a real allowance, not a trial. Free and paid accounts run at the same speed; we do not slow the free tier down.

WHAT WE TELL YOU BEFORE YOU CONNECT
A VPN carries all of your device's traffic. Before your first connection the app shows a full-screen notice explaining what that means — where your traffic goes, who resolves your DNS, and what our servers record. Nothing is hidden behind a pre-ticked box, and the Terms and the Privacy Policy are bundled inside the app, so they open even with no network at all.

There is no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK in this app, and we do not sell your data.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Sign in with an email address and a password. You can delete your account from inside the app, under Settings — deletion is permanent and signs out every device.

HONEST LIMITS
JipJip is provided on a best-effort basis and there is no uptime guarantee during early access. Some mobile networks block secure connections at times; that is outside our control, and the app tells you so rather than pretending otherwise. Servers, regions and features may change.
