The desktop version is a fantastic product. However, the mobile app has stopped delivering notifications of tickets on both Android and Apple products. This is an extremely important feature for a mobile app. I have contacted JitBit support and will adjust my review if the issue is resolved

Just a badly wrapped web app. Both the app and mobile version of the website are utterly useless. I check back in from time to time to see if there's been any improvement but I have to stick with the desktop website. I've never even received a notification about new tickets or anything of the sort. I have to ask what the point of this app is at the moment. This is one of the reasons why we are looking for another help desk system to replace Jitbit.

Few Bugs report: Issue in dependent custom filleds, even though it is set as dependent on previous filled all custom filled options are getting displayed. In ticket dashboard, filtering with tag option is not available. Ticket search option is hiden, it would be great if available readily in the home page.
