Just a badly wrapped web app. Both the app and mobile version of the website are utterly useless. I check back in from time to time to see if there's been any improvement but I have to stick with the desktop website. I've never even received a notification about new tickets or anything of the sort. I have to ask what the point of this app is at the moment. This is one of the reasons why we are looking for another help desk system to replace Jitbit.

The desktop version is a fantastic product. However, the mobile app has stopped delivering notifications of tickets on both Android and Apple products. This is an extremely important feature for a mobile app. I have contacted JitBit support and will adjust my review if the issue is resolved

We have used Jitbit for 5 years now. While desktop browser works fine, the Jitbit Helpdesk app is absolutely frustrating. - Search function completely broken - Autopopulates reply field with "undefined" on new ticket, thus having to press for a cursor, then delete text - When opening ticket from Android Notifications, app always loads blank white page and have to swipe to clear - When using via Chrome, pressures you to use broken Jitbit app. Edit: Year later, still broke, no update.
