Jitsu App

About this app

Less spreadsheet, more mat time.

Jitsu is the management system made for Jiu-Jitsu academies — designed by those who train, to free the instructor from administrative tasks and give them back their time on the mat.

Everything your academy needs, on your phone:

• Class schedule and timetable — plan your week, create recurring classes, and organize your schedules.

• Attendance and check-in — track attendance in seconds and monitor each student's frequency.

• Classes — separate your groups, assign instructors, and manage who trains what.

• Graduations — promote your students' belts directly through the app, in a ceremony or on a daily basis.

• Notice board — communicate your academy's information in one place.

• Invitations — bring in new students with a link and control who joins.

• Events and championships — promote and participate in events from other academies.

Start for free and evolve as your academy grows. The Pro plan unlocks more slots, unlimited classes, graduation ceremonies, a notice board, and a web dashboard with analytics, student CRM, and reports.

Made for white belts to open an academy and for masters to manage multiple academies—Jitsu handles the management so you can focus on the mats.
