আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনে নানা বিষয়ে নানা দলিল সম্পাদন করতে হয়। দলিলের বিষয়ের ওপর নির্ভর করে স্ট্যাম্পের মূল্যমান বিভিন্ন রকম হয়ে থাকে। ২০১২-১৩ অর্থবছরের বাজেট অনুযায়ী, গত ১ জুলাই থেকে দলিল সম্পাদনের জন্য স্ট্যাম্পের নতুন মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। নতুন নিয়ম অনুযায়ী দলিল সম্পাদনের ক্ষেত্রে স্ট্যাম্প ক্রয়ের জন্য নির্ধারিত নতুন মূল্য প্রযোজ্য হবে। তাই এ নতুন নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য হওয়ার পর থেকে পুরোনো মূল্যের স্ট্যাম্প দিয়ে দলিল সম্পাদন করা হলে সে দলিল বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে এবং এর কোনো প্রকার আইনগত ভিত্তি থাকবে না। তাই আপনাদের সুবিধার জন্য আজকে “বিভিন্ন প্রকার দলিল ও দলিলের রেজিস্ট্রি খরচ” অ্যাপটি নিয়ে হাজির হলাম।
