Edit1: After hunting for old tech. I found my dad's old Samsung note 3 running android 5. From first glance all the unusable app features are now working. Still testing. Orginal: FIX FOR MAP!!! I found the fix for map feature. If you live in the US just click the Chinese thing in the top right to change to English. I'm running pixel 2 xl and it's now working!!!! I still have to check other broken features but I'll keep you posted!

Running a Google pixel 3 Android 10. Follow me and orbit features do not work. No maps load in the box, nor does the position update.. GPS within the app is glitchy, giving issues if I have Bluetooth and/or mobile data on. I get a weak GPS signal message, even if I manage to get the phone gps status to come on by deactivating Bluetooth. Very dissatisfied

The app works fine (video, data connection, photo/video functions), except for two features and that are follow me and flight path functions. When I try to select those, the app returns a phone GPS error message which is obviously wrong as the map shows the position of both the phone and the drone. This is on Samsung Note 9 with official Android 10. For those who have problems with map not showing because the WiFi you're connected to has no internet, there is a solution. Either open developer options of your device and select mobile data connection to always on, then you'll have wifi and data at the same time. Or you can preload the map of the place where you are and connect the drone after that. Both should work.
