Ratings and reviews

The ONLY way to get it to work at all is to do a "Force Stop" then go into Storage and do a "Clear Cache". This must be done before EVERY time you view or download a clip. The device is mediocre, but this software is GARBAGE. Like other reviewers, I'd give it ZERO stars, if I could.

Good for a moderate usage experience. Pros: -Image capture on motion detect -Add mutliple cameras -High quality playback (camera specific) -Firmware updates Cons: -Motion detection has a bad delay!! (biggest concern) -No select all -Alarm record is limited to 1m and 30s -Motion detection sometimes fails to initiate even on max -Remote record often labels motion recordings as full-time Summary: A pretty solid app but the motion detection is primitive. If that was more responsive I'd rate high.

It always appears offline even when it's on. If I want it to work I have to unplug it, plug it back in, delete it from my view, re add it via LAN, which I cannot do unless I'm home. The camera quality is garbage and it never records anything because it's never working.
