Stupid app... Not user friendly at all. After the last update, the app keeps crashing

so the Gboard is a custom keyboard now? why do I need to change it every time I use the app?! very annoying! please fix!!

More than a month after I received my card via Aramex, endless calls to the support center, 3 in person visits to my JKB branch, and they can't fix my card not showing up in the app, they can't add it manually or give me the CVV to add it myself. The worst part is they just stop getting back to me altogether. Horrendous service and app, and shame on JKB for allowing this nonsense to stand. I advise everyone to steer clear of this sham of an app.
