i cannot log in. when i fill in the verification number, the result is always "CONNECTION ERROR, PLEASE LOG IN AGAIN" at the bottom of the page. im foreigner and i cannot speak chinesse if i must call the contact center.

Absolute garbage for foreign nationals who need to use this app to buy overseas, unless you can read Chinese to a high level. You can neither copy and paste text into a translate app, nor take screenshots to translate that way. And of course there's no English option in the app itself. The fact that other apps like Shopee require you to use this app for some services makes them just as terrible.
