this app is horrible. seems to be like something is always crashing or faulting. if you are going to make products that require an app to update them and control them I would think the app should be able to have little to no faults. please fix the common issues that are found by myself and others. one issue I have is that the app has a hard time connecting to power pole charge and shallow water anchor pumps. also with power pole charge my battery priority slider just disappears randomly.

I have an Android Samsung S26 Ultra. When in the App and hitting connect to device there is a black line covering 2 icons that would allow me to change the settings from gell to lithium barteries so that system will charge my lithium batteries correctly. Requesting assistance asap please.

Worst app experience I've ever had. After jumping through hoops to get it installed/operational it now randomly works... or doesn't work... power pole's fix has been to have me delete the app and reinstall it. Guess I'll need to get starlink internet so I can reinstall the app as needed when it decides to suck 70 miles offshore. Do not buy product unless you can use gateway for control through mfd. Power pole: please make a gateway for furuno or make the app more reliable. This is ridiculous.
