Joseph Long, I'm a pro version user on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4. I'm recently having issues where rec will cut out abruptly a few minutes into recordings, and not return. The full length of the recording after the cut is silence. This lost audio is unrecoverable. *Edit this problem still hasn't been solved yet, I've downloaded a different recording app.

The app worked perfectly for several recordings in my session, and then the audio cut off abruptly in the final, perfect take for a work project. Couldn't find any cause for why it suddenly stopped mid-recording. The audio waveform just flatlined, and I didn't know the rest of the recording was lost til long after. It's a good app ...if you don't mind it failing when it really counts.

The new 2.0update fixed most of the issues!The app is pretty awesome, and works really good as a recorder.It also has the material you theming, which looks really good. But here's some more suggestion: 1)Placeholder names for recordings and allowing to save it directly using that name without manually giving a new title 2)Automatically save the recording when the app is exited(This works if we are in the 'done'menu,but if we just paused the recording or close the app by mistake, the rec is lost.

What's new

2.4 Update:
- After many requests, you can now import audio files from your device storage. Prior to this, micCheck was exclusively for recordings made with the app. Try it out by tapping the add icon on your home page, or by sharing an audio file from another app.

- Aesthetic changes (The recording controls will now say "Paused" when a recording has been paused).
