Frustrating to say the least. Trying to deposit a check using this app is boarder line impossible. There is a clear picture of the endorsement! But every time I get the message that the endorsement is missing. After 10 or 15 minutes it will finally go through. This is the only mobile app that has a problem with check deposits. My other banks are so easy!

Don't like the new lay out. It won't allow me to log in now. What's going on. I rely on the ability to make deposits via the app and now it doesn't work. Go back to the old at least I could perform the functions there. Also could read at a glance what was happening on my account. Not it says unable to update settings.

Did you guys really make a new app to peddle jpeg ads? I had heard JM was going down hill, but at least be more tactful than this. Yeesh. Edit January 29: I have been trying to use this app for a month, and I just can't. Feels very poorly made. Also the app does not retain my password even with biometrics turned on. On top of that, I constantly get 2FA every time I try to log in. It is way more convenient to use the website. JM, please fix this. Other banking apps have already perfected this.
