Very disappointed. Expected to use app to control dehumidifier while away from home. After downloading, it immediately crashed and still will not load. I received a message from my Note 9 that it is excessively draining my battery. How can that be, if it never properly loaded and I haven't set it up yet? Is there a fix coming soon or another app that is compatible?

It was relatively easy to set up my dehumidifier in the app. The app tells the current humidity, shows what the unit is set to, and allows you to adjust the fan speed and timer. HOWEVER, IT IS MISSING A MAJOR PIECE OF INFO. If a developer is listening, the app should be able to notify a user when the bucket is full. For the life of me, I can't figure out why thus feature was not included. It is much more valuable than being able to change the settings.

While I also had a tough time getting my dehumidifier connected, once connected the app performs exactly as expected. I didn't have crazy expectations for the app, and the app does what I need (ability to turn on and off, and monitor humidity). When initially connecting, follow the directions provided by the app as closely and quickly as possible. It took me about 6 times of searching. Be patient and everything will work out.
