"Lightning Alert PRO" is an app that notifies you with pop-ups and notification bars when thunderstorms approach or move away from your designated area.

"With the Lightning Forecast Map, you can even see thunderstorm movement (forecast) up to one hour in advance!"

Easily check where lightning is currently being observed and where lightning is expected to occur in the future.

■About the Thunderstorm Approach Level
Displayed in the following four levels.

・Lightning Warning Now
・Lightning Warning Within the Next 1 Hour
・Lightning Possible
・No Lightning Detected

■Lightning Severity
Displayed on a 4-level scale:
・Severe Lightning: Numerous lightning strikes
・Slightly Severe Lightning: Lightning strikes
・Lightning Possible: Lightning strikes are likely within the next 12 hours

■About the Details (Lightning Forecast Map) Screen
Displays the latest live thunderstorm map.
Scroll the bar below to see thunderstorm forecasts up to 1 hour in advance.

■About the Widget
Displays a live thunderstorm map, with the background color changing depending on the approach level of the thunderstorm.

■About Settings
・Region Settings
Choose from a specified region or your current location.

Region Settings: You can specify a region by city or town.
Current Location: Your current location is obtained using the location function with each update. Please enable the location function on your device.

・Automatic Update/Notification Interval
Choose from "10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, or no automatic updates."

・Notification Time
You can specify the start and end times for notifications.

・Notification Method
You can turn the notification bar, pop-up, notification sound, vibration, and LED on or off.
*Notification sound, vibration, and LED will follow your device's settings.
*Notifications will not be sent if no thunderstorms are observed.
*If thunderstorms are approaching, no further notifications will be sent after the initial notification until the thunderstorms pass.

■About Information Updates
You can manually refresh the data by pulling down the lightning forecast map screen.
Notifications may not be sent if the signal strength is poor.

■About the Trial Period
You can use the app free of charge for one week after signing up for the trial.
If no thunderstorms approach during that time, you can continue to use the app free of charge until the first thunderstorm approaches.
