I have a vendor bridescan account and the website works fine, but I cannot access anything on mobile through this app. I open it and it's just a white screen. I have tried reinstalling, same issue.
Can't even log in. I signed up for an account online, but can't log in on the app. Can't get the app to work at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I restarted and updated my phone...no luck. I keep getting a message that says there isn't enough internet connectivity to connect to the servers and that I have to be in offline mode..but I have full bars and am sitting right next to my router. I'm going to a bridal expo in Sunday and was really excited to use this app. :(
Virus Couldnt even create account. Keep getting System UI has stopped ever 3secs. Uninstalling app makes it go away. I needed this app for tomorrow!
App works great! The app works lovely and helps a lot, just needs to be refreshed every now and then.
Terrible app I could not scan any of the vendors. The app wouldn't load very well and it was too slow.
Horrible!!! I am glad I tested this out before the Pink Bride Bridal Show. The app won't even open! Keeps saying "...checking for updates...". And before the app's creators message me and say "It's just your phone", like they have with other reviewers. I am a cellular tech. I do this stuff daily! Your app is just completely faulty. I gave it 1 star because it won't allow to give it zero stars.
