The connection is iffy, sometimes it connects & sometimes it don't. when it does connect the response is virtually non existent. App is difficult to traverse. sometimes the camera will respond but that is few & far between. it'll disconnect you after 60 seconds over & over so don't bother buying the unlimited. Tech support & lousy. Do what I did & buy a Tactacam defend or a Tactacam ultra. you'll be thankful that you did.

The app works ok for viewing but they don't let you download the videos from the events! So you can literally only view them on the app while connected to the system and you can't download the videos onto your phone or other device. How hard would it be to allow users to download the video clips? We need to be able to download these clips as evidence. This seems like a major flaw with this system and something so extremely simple and necessary that it shouldn't even be a problem to begin with..

The app maintains a consistent connection and has good options. However, it is held back by a few flaws and excessive advertisements for cloud storage that feel quite intrusive. The app sometimes crashes, and there is no option to delete recordings. ​The CamCamp Camera system has disappointed me due to a severe delay. It starts recording too late—missing the initial scene—and stops while the object is still in motion. Many critical moments are never captured, which makes the system unreliable.
