- Hourly wage: 10,700 won (an increase of 380 won, or 3.7%, from 10,320 won in 2026; notified by the Ministry of Employment and Labor)

- If you work 40 hours a week, including weekly rest hours, the total monthly work is 209 hours; the minimum monthly wage is 2,236,300 won.

- For Income Tax, the amounts from the Simplified Tax Table for Earned Income (Appendix 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Income Tax Act) are used as is, and the number of children aged 8 to 20 is also reflected.

[Based on 2027 Insurance Premiums]

- The National Pension premium rate will increase by 0.5%p annually starting in 2026, reaching 13% in 2033 (employees will share the burden equally with their employers).

- The Health Insurance premium rate in 2027 remains the same as in 2026 at 7.19%.

- A reform plan has been announced to raise the Unemployment Benefit (Employment Insurance) premium rate from 1.8% to 2.0% in 2027 (0.1%p each for employees and companies). As the Enforcement Decree has not yet been amended, the current employee rate of 0.9% is applied to the calculation.
