You're the doctor on duty, and the monitor won't wait.
VITAL SIGNS is a reflex game with six different games inside the same hospital monitor. You start by touching electrodes at the right moment and end up dodging gurneys at top speed.
THE SIX GAMES
⚡ PULSE — The heart of the game. Touch each electrode just as the ring closes. There are circles, squares, triangles, moving electrodes, and others that require a double tap. Watch out for the red ones: they have the same shape as the good ones, but touching them costs you a life.
🧠 SEQUENCE — Look, remember, and repeat. The board grows from 4 to 9 squares, and the round lengthens without warning.
🧭 MAZE — 50 levels of 3D corridors. Leave markers so you don't get lost, find the key to the gates, collect coins in the alleyways, and dodge the holes in the floor. The lights go out on the difficult levels.
📈 WAVE — Follow the electrocardiogram line with your finger without going outside the lines.
📦 TOWER — Stack supply boxes. If you find the perfect fit, the box widens, allowing you to reach higher.
🏃 HALLWAY — Run through the 3D hospital: change lanes, jump, glide, and crouch under obstacles. Collect pills and grab a boost, shield, or magnet.
YOUR DOCTOR, YOUR WAY
Name and color your doctor, and spend your earned coins on hats, hand items, faces, emotes, monitor themes, electrode shapes, and hit effects. There are also permanent upgrades that will stay with you every game.

A different challenge every day, daily missions, achievements, and a login reward.
