Job Management is the mobile companion for field-service teams. Staff sign in with credentials issued by their employer, view today's assignments at a glance, capture timesheets and expenses on site, and attach receipts and job photos right from their phone — without waiting to get back to a desk.
The app covers the daily workflow end to end. The Dashboard surfaces today's job and the most recent timesheet and expense entries, with quick links to active work. Jobs lists all assigned work with search and filters; opening a job shows scheduling, location, customer info, and equipment. Timesheets provides full create, edit, and delete for time entries, plus check-in/check-out and a week summary. Expenses follows the same pattern: log an entry with vendor, amount, and notes, attach a receipt, and submit it for approval.
Job Management is designed for organizations that already run the platform on the web. Mobile is the on-site half: data captured in the field syncs to the company's web admin in real time, so back-office staff see updates the moment a worker submits them. Authentication is handled by the company's identity provider, so accounts, password resets, and access control work the same way as everywhere else in the company's systems.
