I am terribly camera shy but having the opportunity to take practice questions and re-record my response (to the practice question) as many times as I wanted made it a more comfortable experience. I started on Monday morning before I had to go to work and did it again Tuesday morning and bit the bullet on Wednesday morning and did the actual recorded interview. I don't think it would get any better if I kept trying.
