The app does everything I need it to but it doesn't do it efficiently. Time is money out in the field and the app takes too long to switch screens, go back and upload documents and photos. The app is buggy and full of quirks. The desktop version works better than mobile. As a whole, it does a good job keeping all records in one place but it needs a server upgrade to get the response time up.

Pretty Solid. It does everything I personally need it to do. Keeps track of customer details with individual per job information with an incorporated schedule. All my photos, invoices etc. All in one place. It has tons of features I dont personally use. The inventory system being the most interesting. Its also the most reasonably priced CRM I could find. I havent experienced any major bugs, or any at all. And within a week or so I had a solid grasp of the program. Only flaw is reliance on cloud.

This is a good scheduling tool. The reporting capabilities are weak and inconsistent. They have a number of reports to choose from however each report using the same filters produce different results. I have worked with this program for 2 years and provided examples of the inconsistencies to JP hoping that they would resolve the issues. Nothing has happened to date.
