The Central Service Delivery App helps City of Johannesburg residents access municipal services more easily from their mobile devices.
Designed as a one-stop civic platform, the app connects residents with City departments and service entities through a single system, making it easier to report issues, request services, stay informed, and track progress.
Using the Central Service Delivery App, you can:
Log service delivery issues such as potholes, electricity outages, water leaks, flooding, refuse problems, and environmental health concerns
Submit service requests and follow their progress
Receive alerts and notifications based on your location, including outage updates and emergencies
Access news, city information, and ward-level updates
Make secure in-app payments for municipal bills and traffic fines
Manage multiple properties and receive relevant location-based information
