I don't know what has happened the last few weeks, but everyone at my work is having to log in and put in a security code every single time they open the app now. The way the messages are set up now is awful, too. I wish there was a way to revert back.

Hey Kristin,
We’re so sorry about the issues with the constant logouts. We have a fix out right now and are just waiting for the play store to publish it, so hopefully that should be available within the next day.
I’d love to hear your feedback and complaints around the messaging experience. Could you please reach out to us through the app?

The app has a bug now and won't open. It's needed several updates just to function in the last week. My employer launched this app as our new scheduling app on the 20th and very spotty. Generally doesn't show shifts accurately. Worked for two days well after last update, however, now it has a bug as previously stated. When working it seems user friendly and I like the aspect of syncing calender although it was finicky to get the sync to apply on my android device.
Hi Megan,
We’re very sorry for the trouble you’ve had. The bug preventing the app from opening has been resolved, and improvements to shift accuracy and calendar syncing are ongoing. Thank you for your feedback — it’s valuable to us. Please let us know if you experience any further issues!

Veras is a game-changer for scheduling nurses. The scheduling is clear, time-off requests are super easy, and handling overtime has saved us so much. Everything I need is in one place—simple and efficient!
Thanks so much, Rachel! Please let us know if there's anything you feel would make it better!
