Ratings and reviews

The product is cool. They don't tell you that the slider and the spinners can't be used at the same (well not that I saw anyways). Just learned that hard way. The app needs the following: A GoPro mode where you attach a GoPro o and the camera doesn't record on your phone while in motion The ability to create presets or save a motion you already created.

Why no ability to connect and control via USB-C? The connection is right there. Instead, you expect users to purchase a special Bluetooth adaptor. I bought a Beamo Mini. You've got the Bluetooth icon and trademark clearly visible (potentially leading consumers to believe there is massive Bluetooth functionality) and encourage users to download the iPhone / Android app. Why? Very disingenuous. The app in the Play store doesn't match what's on the box either.

The app almost always won't connect to my Joby spin accessory. When it does, I'm told the accessory needs an update, but the app crashes before I can carry it out. The expensive Spin accessory and accompanying app is therefore entirely inoperable and useless. Joby Support also didn't respond to my email asking for help. I'd recommend not purchasing anything requiring Bluetooth from them.
