Macsim is a logistics operations app for trucking and cargo moving through Mombasa port to destinations across East Africa. It connects operations staff and drivers on one load board—so everyone sees the same shipment status from posting to delivery.

FOR OPERATIONS & ADMIN
• Create and manage loads (container size, box details, weight, destination, return box, and pay)
• Review driver claims and allocate loads with truck details
• Monitor driver last-known location and shipment timelines on a map
• Configure location update intervals to match your operations

FOR DRIVERS
• Browse available loads and claim work
• Move loads through clear status steps from port to completion
• Capture photo evidence when updating status—so handoffs are documented
• Background location updates while signed in (Android), throttled to reduce battery impact

SIGN-IN & SECURITY
Sign-in uses phone number verification (OTP). Access is restricted to numbers your organization has approved—casual sign-up is not available.
