This app contains five basic affirmations designed to help improve one's self-esteem.

Improvement comes by repeating each affirmation, out loud, five times before progressing onto the next affirmation.
Repeat this exercise daily at least once a day. preferably at the start of your day.
Anytime you find yourself slipping into negative thinking, activate this app and read each affirmation to yourself as a means to battl
Only time and effort can improve your mental well being. Use this app to start the road to recovery and good luck on your journey.

I learned about affirmations around 1985 while attending a retreat at the Cenacle Retreat House in Warrenville Illinois.
Tony Robins and Zig Ziegler keep telling me that I can only think about one thing at a time.
Affirmations appeared to be the answer to clear my mind of stinkin' thinking!
I'm proud to tell you that affirmations have been a major contributor to my sobriety. My last drink was on May 30, 1979.
