Hard block uses Android Accessibility to detect the selected app and display a blocking screen when its time is up. It does not read screen content, passwords or messages, or send usage data. It does not force-stop apps. System settings and essential apps are excluded. You can leave with Home, disable the service in Accessibility settings, or uninstall at any time. Permission is optional and only needed for hard block.
Alarm volume, Do Not Disturb, notification settings, force-stop and battery restrictions can affect alerts. Detection may be delayed. Monitoring stops when the screen is off.
