Our expert team works with you to create a plan that considers every aspect of your health journey. Care plans can easily be accessed from the app. Get on-demand support when you need it. Prescription medications are available within 48 hours–at your local pharmacy or delivered directly, and can be managed online. Choose between at-home lab options or going to your preferred lab. Your Care Specialist
will review the results with you.

the concept is pretty good and it's a convenient communication platform to keep in touch with the team. (almost) everything is handled in the app, and the data graphs including lab points, cellular-collected scale, etc. are pretty great. the messaging portion is annoying, however. the message window is set up as normal, but the size doesn't adjust when you tap in the box and your on-screen keyboard appears. the message field is completely covered, and you have to keep closing the keyboard.

it's a really great app you can set up doctors appointments to see your doctor for your glp one medications and just for dietary concerns you can speak with the dietitian it's a really good app if you are trying to get healthy and stay healthy

Unlimited messaging to your care team but what they don't tell you is it takes 3 days minimum for them to respond and if you reply back within seconds, too late the clock restarts and it'll be another 3-4 days before you hear back from them. Prior authorization which takes my Dr 5 days max has so far taken the in app Dr over 7 days to even submit it (as of now it still hadn't been submitted) The app is very basic in itself. Nothing special.
