Ratings and reviews

the concept is pretty good and it's a convenient communication platform to keep in touch with the team. (almost) everything is handled in the app, and the data graphs including lab points, cellular-collected scale, etc. are pretty great. the messaging portion is annoying, however. the message window is set up as normal, but the size doesn't adjust when you tap in the box and your on-screen keyboard appears. the message field is completely covered, and you have to keep closing the keyboard.

This program is SOOOOO frustrating and unhelpful. Avoid AT ALL COSTS of possible! I've been on this app for 3 weeks now and still can't get to team to a doctor to get the prescription I was already taking before they got involved and are making me go through them to get it. They keep adding tasks and requests - sometimes that are locked until a certain date - that I must complete to get my prescription. I'm so frustrated I'm ready to call it quits - which is probably their goal...

Not helpful if you don't have diabetes. Don't waste your money or time (if your insurance pays for it). I was told they'd take care of all my relevant medications, so I canceled appointments with my PCP, then they canceled all my prescriptions and left me hanging. Also, the charts and progress bars use weekly averages instead of real daily values and the ranges are way too big for the charts to be useful or encouraging.
