Our expert team works with you to create a plan that considers every aspect of your health journey. Care plans can easily be accessed from the app. Get on-demand support when you need it. Prescription medications are available within 48 hours–at your local pharmacy or delivered directly, and can be managed online. Choose between at-home lab options or going to your preferred lab. Your Care Specialist
will review the results with you.

9amHealth members have seen a significant A1c reduction of 2.8%, systolic blood pressure reduction of 18.8mmHg over 12 months, and body weight loss of up to 16 lbs. over 4 months (supported by weight loss medications).

Ratings and reviews

the concept is pretty good and it's a convenient communication platform to keep in touch with the team. (almost) everything is handled in the app, and the data graphs including lab points, cellular-collected scale, etc. are pretty great. the messaging portion is annoying, however. the message window is set up as normal, but the size doesn't adjust when you tap in the box and your on-screen keyboard appears. the message field is completely covered, and you have to keep closing the keyboard.

Not helpful if you don't have diabetes. Don't waste your money or time (if your insurance pays for it). I was told they'd take care of all my relevant medications, so I canceled appointments with my PCP, then they canceled all my prescriptions and left me hanging. Also, the charts and progress bars use weekly averages instead of real daily values and the ranges are way too big for the charts to be useful or encouraging.

it's a really great app you can set up doctors appointments to see your doctor for your glp one medications and just for dietary concerns you can speak with the dietitian it's a really good app if you are trying to get healthy and stay healthy
