Prescription medications are available within 48 hours–at your local pharmacy or delivered directly, and can be managed online. Choose between at-home lab options or going to your preferred lab. Your Care Specialist

Ratings and reviews

the concept is pretty good and it's a convenient communication platform to keep in touch with the team. (almost) everything is handled in the app, and the data graphs including lab points, cellular-collected scale, etc. are pretty great. the messaging portion is annoying, however. the message window is set up as normal, but the size doesn't adjust when you tap in the box and your on-screen keyboard appears. the message field is completely covered, and you have to keep closing the keyboard.

The placement of the navigation buttons makes it nearly impossible to select them due to the fact that they line up with the phone navigation buttons.

The service and help of the app is great. the user experience of the app, specifically where the navigation buttons on the bottom of the app sucks. it makes it impossible to use the app and access the necessary options like Messages, Home, My Plan, Data and Profile.
